In general Cycle Technologies does not collect personally identifiable information about individuals using our apps or websites except when individuals specifically provide such information on a voluntary basis. Personally identifiable information may be gathered from voluntary survey participation, contest or sweepstakes registration, the registration process for subscription sites or services and in connection with content submissions, community postings (e.g., chat and bulletin boards), suggestions, voting/polling activities and transactional areas.
Cycle Technologies does collect personally identifiable information when an individual sets up an account to use the CycleBeads Online service or when purchasing from the CycleBeads store. This information may include the user’s name, phone number, email, and address.
Personally identifiable information on individual users will not be sold or otherwise transferred to unaffiliated third parties. Cycle Technologies reserves the right to contact a subscriber regarding account status, changes to the subscriber agreement and other matters relevant to the underlying service and/or the information collected.
All credit card information is processed by Stripe, a payment processing platform. Your credit card information is protected under their guidelines and their privacy policy which is available here: https://stripe.com/us/privacy
Cycle Technologies does perform statistical analyses of user behavior and characteristics in order to measure interest in and use of the various areas of the site, products, and our software. Cycle Technologies websites use Google Analytics. It's software products use Flurry and Amplitude to look at analytics as well as as those provided by the development platforms (i.e., Google and Apple). Cycle Technologies will provide only anonymous, aggregated data from these analytics to third parties for research purposes.
Cycle Technologies may also work with advertising networks to provide banner ads within our technologies in order to make them available to end users for free. Your data is not shared with advertisers. However, if you follow these links by clicking on an advertisement, you should use these sites in conjunction with their applicable user and privacy policies as their data practices fall outside the scope of this Privacy Policy.
Additionally, users should be aware that when they voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information (e.g., user name, e-mail address) on the bulletin boards, blogs or in the chat areas of Cycle Technologies Site, or through our software, that information, along with any substantive information disclosed in the user's communication, may be seen by a third party. Any information that is shared with Cycle Technologies directly (e.g., by email or direct message on social media) will not be shared with third parties without the user’s expressed consent.
Users also should be aware that non-personal information and data may be automatically collected through the standard operation of Cycle Technologies' Internet servers, through software analytics, or through the use of "cookies." "Cookies" are small text files a Web site can use to recognize repeat users, facilitate the user's ongoing access to and use of the site and allow a site to track usage behavior and compile aggregate data that will allow content improvements and targeted advertising.
